I used to enjoy going here, not sure what's happened but standards have slipped. Had a bikini wax and the wax was unbearably hot and at one point painful. Also, they advertise a promo price of £18,75 but they make you pay £25 instead if you want hot wax (this is not made clear in the promotion). Really disappointed with my experience, won't be coming back,

Lady did the nails right up to the cuticle, no gap! She was quite slow though, wouldn't want to be in a rush! Good value, good colours, good last min deals, good treatment!

Why do you leave the door open to the treatment room? I always come here, nice staff, effective treatment.. but please shut the doors for privacy
