I am happy with my experience but I felt extremely disappointed for being charged by Treatwell £11 more than the original price! This is unacceptable! I am not using Treatwell again !

Ok, I am 40 years old and I can laudly say that there is no wax that isnt painful . It all goes to the beautician'experience and empaty. Mine today got a lot of experience and she's smoothly talking to relax and tryingto distract from the of course pain of the wax. she did try to make me not feeling too much of the strip, but wax is wax! And if you don'twant any hair left, better to let her do her job.She was sweet and cheerful. I appreciated her help on forgetting and bear with the treatment.
