I came here a few years ago and the facial advertised was not available when I got there. The therapist was helpful enough, calling the manager. But I got a completely different facial from what was advertised. Now again the same thing. The spa day on Treatwell is advertised as facial plus manicure and pedicure. I did not get a manicure. This is over priced ror what you get. I wouldn't have booked it if I knew I was only getting a pedicure as it is very expensive. The lady doing my treatment was very professional but treadwell need to look into this as it's not the first time. It's false advertising.

Dingy lighting. Small bed, horrible plastic cover, no towel. Therapist couldn’t see properly to get hairs removed. I suggested getting my phone out of my cost pocket which she attempted to do witg oily gloves and ruined my coat. A genuine mistake but just silly lack of care.
