Initially they couldn’t find my booking. Then they informed me Turkish Bath did not include a massage although it states this on the website. Hence I had to pay extra for the massage. The jacuzzi water was cold: I informed them but it was not rectified. The actual treatment and masseuse was good

My recent facial at Fairmount was hands down the best I have ever had. I booked through Treatwell but was advised when I got there thaty I had chosen the wrong one for my skin needs, so got a tailored facial that was simply out of this world. Not only was the treatment SO relaxing, but my skin was glowing after. Honestly I had baby skin! I was really impressed both with the results and also the advice given.
The only downside is that it can be very noisy at Fairmount, which can make the ambiance less relaxing. Two little girls were getting their nails done directly outside the room I was in on my recent visit, and while that was cute, they were noisy and broke my relaxation.

A gem of a find! Lovely staff. Reasonable prices. Had both a facial and a massage and they were both very good indeed. It was my first time here but staff made feel comfortable and I will definitely be back
