If you want to go somewhere professional with good result, do not go here. The hygiene is questionable; it’s overpriced and the service is very poor. Don’t do what I did and ignore the poor reviews.

Terrible. Awful lash lift, extreme inexperience. Lashes are unevenly lifted, Some are frizzy and some bend downwards. Also left me covered in eyelash tint claiming can’t clean them properly for 24 hours. Technician left stuff on way too long whilst doing the nails of a walk in appointment - I heard the whole thing. Also the room was filthy! Marks all over walls and sick was just full of dirt. Will ask for a refund but what I want is my lashes before I went in.

I had deep tissue massage, it was not great tbh. The pressure was not strong enough. It also smelled food inside. I think the staff was having lunch. Its not exactly a smell you would expect in a spa 🤮
