When going for a facial anywhere I am used to receiving a cleansing/ exfoliation first and a facial massage as part of the treatment but on this occasion non of this happened and most of the time was spent putting a machine to my face which made a not so relaxing sound and I was not expecting this. To add to my disappointment my skin looked exactly the same when I left. I wish the facial I had chosen was explained in more detail on the site ( it isn't written anywhere that it is mainly done with a machine) also it was advertised as using Elemis products on the site but on the day the beautician used another brand I had never heard of. When asked she told me that it was a better brand then Elemis...
Not to sure what to think of it all. I might give the venue another go with a different treatment to check as it is always full when I go passed the fairmount spa so they seem to be doing some things well.
