Great treatment as always. However staff were very busy on this occasion and this took away from the normally excellent experience here.

Each time I return to this spa I feel more disappointed. The treatment room is dirty and some of the staff are unprofessional. I book through Treatwell and they always attempt to overcharge me- I expect them to have checked my booking prior to my arrival. The reason I return to Fairmount is because the wax itself is done well.
