The woman Maria who done my treatment, came in at least 30 minutes late past the appointment time on the first session, and I sat way over 1 hour the second time because of blatant overbooking. The second session she didn't even remember the treatment and pricing we agreed for my future treatments. Everybody and everything at the salon is unprofessional. Last interaction I had with Maria was her shouting and being condescending on the phone when I texted her in advance I couldn't make it. Avoid.

My appointment was 15 mins late with no apologies or explanation, despite the therapist being around at the designated appointment time.
The room was dimly lit which is not useful for waxing since you need to see the hairs. We resorted to using my phone torch to check things over at the end and there were several areas missed.
The wax was the stickiest I've ever experienced in 12 years of waxing, it was extremely messy and I found several purple bruised areas afterwards due to the therapist pulling on my skin.
The therapist was nice enough and we chatted, but she didn't seem concerned about doing a thorough job. I had to request she look over my legs before cleaning all the wax off with oil at the end. Even after checking I still had several patches of hair remaining once I got home.
It's a shame, the therapist seemed confident and experienced but that was definitely the worst wax I've experienced.
