It was a quiet afternoon so it meant I was seen to very quickly which was great actually. Ellie was super welcoming and friendly, a nice personality to have after work. She was very quick with my appointment too yet still got all the hair necessary. It will definitely be my after work beauty spot from now on.

Awful. I was directed to a room to get ready. A whole 20mins went by of me lying half naked (Hollywood wax) with my trousers over my lap as they didn't provide towels.....until I had enough and went to find someone. They had 'forgot' I was there.....they then proceeded to rush my 45min wax into 15MINS!??! didn't check the wax temperature with me, also dropped hot wax on other parts of me TWICE. And left me covered in wax. This is the worst service I have experienced in 5 years of waxes.
