Burnt me doing a Hollywood wax, it was agony! She put it all on at once without a temp test. Hurt much more than actually pulling the hair out. Was super red and swollen after then my skin blistered.

There were deliveries and other customers coming in and out of the salon and my technician was the only one there so had to keep leaving to help them, find keys, change appointment times etc. and my treatment felt a bit rushed
