wax was ok. had to wait a while for my wax despite booking. unfortunately there was a customer complaining when I went which wasnt handled particularly well. treatment room was pretty basic.

I think the team are amazing but every time I book I always get a call back to shift my booking. I don't mind as they do it straight away but I do think they're online slots need to be correct because they don't take refunds once you've made payment
