Just 20 minutes before our scheduled appointments, we received a call saying they could only accommodate one person. When I asked to cancel both appointments, we were suddenly told they could “make it work” for both of us, we then waited 20 mins to be taken into room and another 20 mins naked waiting for massage after which we left, no massage and no one even checking in to see why we left and then marked us a no show. Appalling service and unclean salon.

so welcoming and so friendly. Because it was so warm today the wax felt a little more tender but I was helped through it and we had the loveliest chat.
