Abit noisy -could hear people chatting, and taking calls whilst having a massage. The masseuse did shut the door halfway through, which was also distracting.
Massage was okay, pressure was okay - a lot of time massaging my head for some reason

Great convo and made me feel comfortable but wax was too hot which made my skin more sensitive then usual and hair growing back faster, always had a great service with Dora no issues when it’s her.

I usually go here for my Hollywood wax & underarm and it’s usually very good. Dora used to do an amazing job. The last 2 times I’ve been there, someone else has done it and I’ve had bad results. I have hair growing just after 1 week of getting a wax both underarm & Hollywood so it wasn’t done properly. My hair usually don’t grow back until 4 weeks after my wax. Very disappointing!!
