Beautician turned up late, was meant to last 1.5hours was rushed into 40. I was left patchy and have bruising where the beautician was very harsh. They use paper on the table which sticks to your body and the wax not a towel. Was very unpleasant. Will not return here again.

Staff did not know what I had booked. Old and tired space. Staff were talking very loudly outside treatment room throughout, which really affected the experience for me
