Surprised by the uncleanliness in the room - floor and equipment looked dirty. The person doing my wax did not speak to me at all and has missed large patches of hair on my leg. Not very satisfied.

The staff were amazing. Really lovely and very sweet. Although the place was relatively clean it did look like it needed a bit of an upgrade. The room where I had my wax in particular felt a little bit grotty. However the staff were lovely and because of them I would come back.
