It was a very good value package including everything you could wish for in a spa deal. Staff were well trained and friendly and the process was very smooth. The place isn't a posh luxury spa in a hotel but was perfectly nice.

This was the best pedicure and manicure I have ever received in London. The staff went out of their way to cater to my needs and managed to fit me in last minute for an appointment before my holiday. They offer vinylux, which I cannot recommend enough. Shellac does not agree with me and I needed something slightly stronger to stay on my nails without suffocating them. The beautician suggested this and it really catered to my needs. I cannot rate the salon enough and I will be back after my holiday. The most beautiful French nails, which is a rarity because salons do not take the time to finish this to a high quality.
