Unbelievably bad from start to finish. 1-hour facial turned into 25 min facial with a 3-minute arm and hand massage. I cried when she gouged my face with some tool to get rid of blackheads. Was left on my own with a mask on my face for over 20 mins. I could have done this at home on my own! When I complained the woman seemed unhappy about it but offered more massage which did not relax me. I paid over £40! Have been going to this salon for years but will never return. So very disappointed.

Friendly staff, pedicure made ok, nothing wow for price which I paid, a bit disappointed, different price in catalogue and different on treatwell website, when I asked why the prices are different the team staff has told me that treatwell is making profits, i checked previous salon from treatwell which has made me some tritments and the prices was the same on treatwell website and same in salon. For £28 I expected somenthing more than soaking the feets in water 20 min, then 20 min treatment and maybe 5 min somenthing like "massage".
