I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this salon! My treatments were good and the pedicure setup looked inviting - I’ll be returning to try a nail treatment. The waxing room was a bit grubby, but nothing terrible. The bikini and underarm waxing was quick and painless.

The wax itself was amazing. Very thorough and I was so happy with the result. The treatment room was not as nice and clean as the outside. I was charged £35 instead of £19.00 as I wanted a Hollywood and the treatwell price is only for a tidy up bikini line. Despite this I was happy to pay 35 as the treatment was done well.

Had a bikini and full leg wax and my beautician was absolutely thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Excellent customer service, she was even able to see me before my appointment slot.
Little piece of advice only:perhaps the bikini wax might be a little less hot? Some people might have more sensitive skin types than others.
