The Spa itself very nice but the treatment was a little unpleasant and left a burn mark on my face.
Saying that I would go back here and try other treatments.

Treatment as always as a regular customer good. However, 2 issues for fairmount to resolve. Firstly.. the corridor outside the treatment rooms had people sat there talking very loudly, treatment rooms not at all sound proof so I could hear every single word as if they were in the room. Secondly, the manageress is very unprofessional. She was shouting at her staff whilst I sat in the reception. Did not give a good impression.

The booked treatments were great (facial and hot stone massage), and the staff very friendly.
Unfortunately, despite booking lunch, the restuarant next door was due to close and we were only offered the choice of a single dish (which we chose to refuse as not suitable).
Nonetheless, the treatments were worth 5 stars, just need to work on organisation!

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in as I was greeted by various different staff. Before my treatment the different facials that the salon offer were discussed with me so that I knew what other services were available. The treatment itself was lovely. A thorough cleanse followed by a super hydrating mask and a hand massage while the mask was on. Would definitely recommend.
