Had been here for a few treatments before & have always been happy. This was the first time I had been for a wax there, however, & was somewhat disappointed with the results. My appointment was supposed to be 75 minutes & start to finish probably only lasted 40. I had a full leg, bikini & underarm wax & when I finally sat up to see the results saw the therapist had missed quite a few spots. I felt rushed to leave as the therapist didn't give me time to look at the results before leaving the room
