Had a bikini and full leg wax and my beautician was absolutely thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Excellent customer service, she was even able to see me before my appointment slot.
Little piece of advice only:perhaps the bikini wax might be a little less hot? Some people might have more sensitive skin types than others.

Surprised by the uncleanliness in the room - floor and equipment looked dirty. The person doing my wax did not speak to me at all and has missed large patches of hair on my leg. Not very satisfied.
