I regret coming here for a lash lift so so much. It looks awful, the lashes are so over processed that they’re sticking into my eyelid and the girl ripped off skin next to my eye with tape leaving me with an open wound. I am going to have to pay more now to have the lashes fixed but can’t until this wound heals. Absolutely shocking - I will be requesting a refund and if I’m not given one will report to trading standards. IGNORE THE OTHER REVIEWS - DO NOT COME HERE FOR LASH LIFT!!

Would not recommend! I booked an appointment and still had to wait 35 minutes in reception. Staff were not attentive. The venue was dirty. My finger was cut during the manicure & took a week to heal.
