Come here a lot, very nice place, relaxing and good spa facility. It all went well except when i was about to leave and they had no idea I'd already paid in advance. I had to start proving I'd paid. Not very impressed by that.

Staff were bossy and heavy handed with me, customer service experience wasn't good. Therapist kept putting wax over area that had already been waxed and so I have areas where the top layer of skin has come off. It felt as though she had no idea how to wax properly and would cover the entire area of skin with wax and then start removing it with the strip so the wax was on the skin far too long. Also I have fair hair so the fact you can't see the hair doesn't mean it's not there. Ended up with strips where the hair was not removed. Just not a good service at all!
