The treatment itself ( or the price!) I didn’t have a complaint with, although the woman doing it did leave the door of the treatment room open which I found a little odd. The reason I’m only giving it 2 stars as after we had finished I told the staff member I had a already paid online to which she more or less told me off for doing in front of the receptionist and another customer!! Apparently paying through Treatwell means she doesn’t get the full amount which I paid. I understand this, and actually found myself apologising for! But if is such an issue for staff that they need to pull customers up for it then maybe they shouldn’t offer that payment option? I don’t appreciate being made to feel embarrassed in front of a salon full of people! Sorry ladies but that isn’t the customer service I expect from what should have been a relaxing start to my day and i certainly will not be coming back!
