The staff are very nice.
The place itself is also very nice.
I have been twice to have a Hollywood wax with two separate beauticians.
Both times, there has been patches of hair left.
The overall experience is good (which is why I went back) but, the actual finish of the treatment isn't complete as I have to go home and shave away the patches that are left.

Staff were not welcoming. In my opinion it is not a spa, it is a treatment room in effect with the so-called spa area simply a place to prepare for treatment and not to relax. Had to eat my lunch sitting on a treatment bed as nowhere to relax. Felt awkward. Facilities v poor. The girl who did the treatment was nice though.
