The venue didn't seem to have my booking from the app so I would recommend calling to confirm your booking. The facial itself was excellent, very relaxing.

Good ambiance. The deep tissue massage was amazing! The masseuse was responsive and gave the right amount of pressure. Definitely going back.

After waiting half an hour for my appointment, I was finally taken to the treatment room. My eyebrows were tinted and another lady came in to do my bikini wax. Despite requesting hot wax, there was none available, and I was told I would have to have a warm wax. Eventually after a bit of negotiating, a hot wax machine was brought in from the room next door. To my horror, during her departure, the door was left wide open while I was left lying there, helpless and vulnerable, my bottom half exposed. The beautician and colleague who tinted my eyebrows re-entered and the tint was removed, the door was still open, I was still exposed.
In addition to this distressing and embarrassing situation, I overheard one of them telling the other which way to apply the wax in, dissolving what little confidence I had left. The wax itself was shockingly bad. The wax was removed while still warm and I had to advise her on areas of application.
I left feeling deflated and still a bit hairy.
Absolutely excellent. Lovely staff as well!
