When I arrived they jad me in their system for an hour later even though I had received a confirmation text for the time I was there. The lady at the desk offered to do the wax herself. She was very thorough and the experience was fine. I wosh they would use thicker papr to cover the bed as it just ripped with movement. Overall the wax was good and a great price. I will be back

The staff here are very unorganised, rude and do not really seem interested in you. On many occasions there has been no one at the reception desk on arrival and I have stood there waiting like a lemon.
They also seem to have a problem and get a bit irritated when I say that I have an voucher from treatwell? I like using treatwell due to the loyalty points, its easier to manage my bookings etc yet they make me feel very uncomfortable everytime I have paid via this way -why advertise on treatwell if you have an issue with your customers to pay with it?? ridiculous.
