I have visited Fairmont Spa for a few years now but on the last two occassions my treatments have been below par. The lady began my pedicure which was going fine, she had then said she'd finished (and forgot to cream my feet and massage them) and brought another girl over to put the nail polish on my feet. She began painting my toes to when I realised she was not using shellac polish which is what I had paid for. She then had to clean my toes and start again. I asked for french polish and it was painted on very thin and very wonky! When she asked if it was okay I said I just want to get out as I have been here for nearly 2 hours, she then responded and said "I know the polish doesn't look great but its the best I can do because of the way my colleague filed your toes"! I wont be returning to fairmont as the professionalism has slacked over the years.
