Denied that I had a booking when I arrived. Showed then confirmation email and they said we should have called to confirm! Incompetent and rude. They were unable to provide the treatment paid for.

Had a lovely day at the fairmont spa, lovely facilities and as me and my cousin were the only one's there it was nice. Could be small if more people were sharing, only downside was the jacuzzi was cold which took some getting used to.

I've been to Fairmount spa a few times now and always really impressed - staff are welcoming and friendly. The treatment rooms and pedicure chairs are very nice. Would recommend.
