To be very honest, I didnt have a great overall experience.
They weren't prepared, when I was already on the massage table, I had to wait 10mins for them to get organised. The massage was average and facial was worse, I felt a trainee was working on me and didn't really know what she was doing. Further I was stuck with the same girl throughout the spad session and she was unfriendly, cold, and in no way professional.

Great staff and lovely place since they've updated it. However when I booked myself in for individual lashes infills (after getting full set done from them originally) they said I should have called to check if they could do it, as on here on wahanda it offers same price as normal three lashes in one infills rather than individual infils. Which I then had to leave despite booking that infil appointment, and get manicure instead to equival out the payment that was already taken off.

I had the cluster eyelashes done for a party. I had so many compliments about them and they looked really full and very glamorous (I wouldn't recommend if you prefer a natural subtle look). They lasted a few days and unfortunately I had to take them off for work but if I had wanted the could have lasted a few days more. The spa is really clean and the treatment room is lovely and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

I bouth massage for my sister as a Christmas present. She was so happy and she really liked the place and the massage was very good. Staff was very nice and proffesional. Thank you!

When you arrive it is a pleasant atmosphere, and more similar to a spa (with people sitting around having mani/pedis etc.). The therapist was nice enough at first but unfortunately I was slightly disappointed with my wax. She finished and I checked it over and had to ask her to do a few bits that I noticed she'd missed. When she'd finished she didnt even ask if it was ok and quickly left the room. I've had a lot of brazilians before and they always ask if I'd like the back done. She left before I'd managed to ask her and I actually had to stick my head out the door and ask someone to get her attention to come back in. When I asked her to do the back she told me that was a Hollywood and I'd have to pay extra. I would understand if that was the norm, but i've had a lot of waxes over the past few years and that has always been included, or at least offered. Her tone changed with me from then and she was slightly off and resentful. However the wax was fine by the end, and I rather begrudgingly had to hand over another £5 which made it not very good value for money. I've had better and cheaper waxes in central London and was expecting to pay a better price a bit further out.
