Staff were very busy and disconnected from customer service but actually the lady did a very good job in the wax, great value and would go again

I had oxygen facial at this venue and it was one of the best facials I`ve ever had. Anna is a brilliant beauty therapist, I will definitely be returning.

Lovely experience, friendly staff and very efficient and quick. Would go back again for more treatments including nails or massage after my wax, very pleased!

I hadn't had electrolysis was many years and I was impressed with their professional attitude towards safety. The hair was insufficient in length, so they gave me a test and I booked for next week. They didn't charge me for the first visit which I thought was fair for me but it still took up an appointment and I thought it nice of them. The place looked spotless and my only gripe was the very loud music. I can't rate the treatment as I haven't had it yet nor the spa facilities, but I will when I have.

Absolutely disgusted with the service at Fairmont Spa in North Finchley. Was told by a very hard, cold faced receptionist that I could not use the spa facilities due to have mild eczema and that during my massage those areas on my body would be avoided. I had to inform this woman that eczema is non catching and that never in my life has a spa refused me entry due to having it. Even though not catching she didn't seem to understand that chlorine is used in pools/spas to prevent the spread of infections. Utterly disappointed that my planned spa day with my mum was ruined. It just goes to show that the staff at Fairmont Spa are not well trained in knowing that such skin rashes like eChema can be touched without it being caught. Yet didn't seem to notice such things like warts or veruca being on the list of medical conditions. I don't recommend this spa at all as the staff were cold, unapologetic and just ludacris that I was refused on the basis of mild eczema on one wrist.
