My Friend and I had a spa day, with three treatments each. Staff were very accommodating when I wanted to change one of the advertised treatments. Overall it was an excellent experience; lunch was lovely and the massage was amazing! A few things that could be improved included communication on the day; we weren't quite sure what was going to happen at what time. Whilst the spa facilities (private steam room and jacuzzi) were lovely prior to our treatments, I personally enjoy relaxing after a massage also and being able to use the facilities afterwards would've been a bonus, as would have having the option to shower before manicures. We also had to pay an extra £10 each for gel manicures, as opposed to normal ones, despite the treatment advertised saying gel manicure.

Staff made me feel welcome as soon as I entered. My treatment began 15 minutes early then my scheduled appointment, which was a bonus! The staff was very professional and ensured that everything was ready prior to treatment starting so she didn't not keep on going in and out of the room. The ambience was very comforting and the music made me feel very relaxed.
