The facial was okay, but i loved the face and neck massage more,the spa is clean and the staff are friendly

Very good value for money as the same kind of treatments at somewhere like the Sanctuary would have been 3x the price. However, I felt they were understaffed and as a result things did not flow as smoothly as one would have hoped and cleanliness was a big issue. On arrival, it took 10 minutes for someone to greet us as the only staff available were busy giving manicures. Once we had signed in, nobody told us what would happen and so we waited not sure what to do which doesn't really help you to relax. The Jacuzzi was lovely and that really relaxed us. Our facials and treatments were well done. My only problem was that the therapist working on me was clearly new and inexperienced and so she didn't tell me what was going on or what treatments she was performing and at one point I think she even knocked something over. This meant that my manicure and pedicure were not as well done as I had hoped. However, for the price paid it was still a very relaxing day. I'm just not sure I'd visit again.

It was ok at best
Nowhere to place clothes after disrobing
Had to leave wallet, phone and tablet on floor
No room to swing a cat in the treatment room
Perhaps more attention to fixing rather tired rooms and general cleanliness

Wonderful treatment at a really good price with friendly, pleasant staff. was not expecting the steam room and spa, so a nice treat, even if I did not stay in it too long but was particularly nice after the exfoliation. The whole treatment left m feeling six inches talker and a stone lighter (just wish it was the case!).

I can thank and praise enough the skills and talents of lady called Zara. Under her magic touch all stress just melts away leaving you feeling pampered and blissfully relaxed. I will certainly book massage again.
