The massage was excellent. However the facial was not worth the 50 minutes. At least half of the treatment was the therapist giving me steam. Did not feel like a facial at all.

This was my first visit and will likely be my only visit. Staff area little unorganised, it would be beneficial if staff were better prepared for booked appointments that turn up.

They are really nice at what they do I totally recommend them. It is hard to find good places in London. But they made me wait for half hour.
