Unfortunately I can't rate better. Left me wait for 20 min for no reason when nobody was being served, they didn't apologise,they didn't know I was coming for an appointment although they did have a booking on the computer. The room was not clean, dirty paper thrown at the corner piled up, The hot wax was so hot it burnt me and despite me telling the beautician it is too hot she suggested that is me who can't handle pain. When I was changing she walked into the room unannounced too. Not nice.

I got this massage for my husband for a Father’s Day present. I was rather disappointed with his experience. I booked an hour treatment and he said it was over after 50 minutes. He said the oil was cold and the room wasn’t as clean as he’d hoped.
