Very poor experience at Fairmont Spa. After a very bad massage, I asked for a refund but was pushed into rebooking. A week later, the manager called the day before the appointment, cancelled it, told me not to return and said Treatwell would refund me. Treatwell now says the salon has not authorised the refund or responded. Poor service and worse conduct.

The wax was too hot and has now burnt me and when i said so they dismissed me and made some excuse about the fan giving me air. also the door was ajar and wax lady in and out while leaving it to dry. not fun being half naked alone in a room with no clue who will walk in and out
