Wax left me with marks on my back which I have never had before and I was going away next day. Not ideal

The spa was okay, although I wasn’t completely sure about the cleanliness. However, the therapist was super friendly and professional, and the Hollywood wax was done well. The price was reasonable, so overall a decent experience.
