Such care and detail was taken to make the massage as suited to what I needed, time was spent listening to the various issues I have with chronic pain, the massage room was made warm in advance to suit me, the massage was divine - the pressure was checked and then perfect, time was spent soothing and listening to my body’s needs. She gave me a head massage.They were professional but also caring and friendly. Perfect!
I would highly recommend if you need a massage or just want to treat yourself.

Facial was treatment wasn't given, I had to ask at the end and then it was applied. Shower wasn't working, and treatment delayed by 10 minutes.
