The Turkish bath soak and body scrub were great, and staff were lovely. But the description of the treatment clearly said there was a massage included when I booked and there was definitely not. Pretty disappointing as I would have booked something else if I had known.

Appt started 15 minutes late, despite being the first client of the day; and didn’t close the door so no sense of privacy. Waxed against hairgrowth direction for my underarms and missed a patch on my legs I had to do myself.

Abit noisy -could hear people chatting, and taking calls whilst having a massage. The masseuse did shut the door halfway through, which was also distracting.
Massage was okay, pressure was okay - a lot of time massaging my head for some reason
