The name Venus freeze does not mean it's cold/freezing ice... no ! it's to the contrary it's heat & scary heat. The treatment consists of the lady assistant doing the process. She was very tired..
She burnt my eyelid. !
I was not expecting to be scared in my treatment but was !
If i said something whilst she was in process of doing the treatment & burnt me... I felt like half my face was done & the other half was not. So i had to feel brave & let her finish.
but was scared :( !

I arrived to be told that the appointment booked 10 days previously had been cancelled because they had no availability and that I had been contacted so I should have looked at my phone. I had done this and had not been contacted. Very rude staff.
