First time having such a bad experience in the way my appointment was handled. I always book my appointments on Treatwell and I’ve never had an issue before. Today my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow without my consent. When I rang back the salon, I was told by Azita that they are very busy and if I am not happy I can go elsewhere for the treatment. On Treatwell they still had many appointments available but I was told that it is my fault for not booking way in advance.
