I booked this this treatment for my Mother via🤩 Treatwell as a gift. I have been using Treatwell without any issue for years but have never been to this spa.
My Mother went to her appointment and was left waiting for 15 mins before a member of staff went over to say 'what are you doing here?'. Then she was told the appointment had been moved to the next day without her consent.
I rang the spa to discuss this and the staff member blamed Treatwell taking no responsibility for what had happened.
