Unfortunately there was a mix up with the time. I was asked to change the appointment made on line and so I did. When I arrived for the appointment they had asked for, they were running almost 30 mins late. There was just one therapist working. No explanation was given until I asked. Communication and welcome could therefore have been better. But she did a good job once I was in there.
