Ok, I am 40 years old and I can laudly say that there is no wax that isnt painful . It all goes to the beautician'experience and empaty. Mine today got a lot of experience and she's smoothly talking to relax and tryingto distract from the of course pain of the wax. she did try to make me not feeling too much of the strip, but wax is wax! And if you don'twant any hair left, better to let her do her job.She was sweet and cheerful. I appreciated her help on forgetting and bear with the treatment.

Very dissapointed, I should've left.First thing I noticed was how dirty everything was, from towels to the sink and all the containers. The treatment was very poor, I can scrub my feet way better. Girl left so many times to answer the phone, talk to other people that she lost the count how many coats of polish applied on which nails. Cherry on top was when I saw they used the same utensils on the next customer without being cleaned and sterilised. Disgusting, will not return and not recommend.
