I have been going to Katrina for years and was delighted when she opened her salon in Hamilton as really easy to get to. The salon is such a friendly and warm place and the girls and Colin made me feel so welcome. I love how Katrina listens to me and also advises so i try new colours and styles. I have now got my friends and daughter going to fairytale endings and they love it as much as me...... Highly recommend
I went to fairytale endings as I had been naughty and done home hair dye years ago and suffered severe allergic reaction ..(silly I know always go to a professional)..I have tried so many hair salons since and was allergic to all patch tests.Had a consultation with Katrina and she advised me of Elumen which works different to all other hair dye..she done a patch test and voila..no reaction.So made an appointment got it done was very nervous but both Katrina and Emma were great ..my hair was like silk and the shine off my hair was amazing it has never looked so healthy,big bouncy blow dry and I felt like a queen walking out..prices amazing seriously I was shocked.Took my daughter for her first haircut booked with Katrina and she is amazing with kids she takes time with them.plays with them and talks to them my daughter now asks all the time when can so get my haircut at the salon(now for a 4 year old to want to go back to a salon speaks words in itself)...great hair,great tea,great chat AMAZING SALON Thank you to all the staff 😘
It was my first visit to the salon. My hair was in a real mess, huge amount of root growth and colour was shabby. A few short hours later and I was totally transformed, I felt great for the first time in a very long time. Everything was done very professionally, but with a warm , friendly approach. I'm going back soon to have my locks tamed and looking forward to having more compliments!
