This was my first time getting a gel treatment in the UK. While the staff was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to provide good customer service the quality of the mani/pedi was very low. It is growing out and it has been less than a week. Though the manicurist was carefully applying the polish it looks sloppy, and is chipping on the tips. The pedicure cracked on one toe, and they did not have pedicure chairs, which is something I am used to. Overall, the staff is very friendly and it's a great place, but I wouldn't go back for a gel treatment.
