However, the manager was very professional, listened to the problem, was apologetic and there was no charge. The area was extremely red and took 3 days to heal as the top layer of skin came off and the area was very bruised. I believe it was a genuine mistake and the beautician dealt with it as best as she could. Mistakes happen but waxing is not without risk in any salon!
