This was my first visit to the salon and unfortunately there was a mix up over the wax that was used for the bikini wax - it had to be scraped off which was painful. However, the manager was very professional, listened to the problem, was apologetic and there was no charge. The area was extremely red and took 3 days to heal as the top layer of skin came off and the area was very bruised. I believe it was a genuine mistake and the beautician dealt with it as best as she could. Mistakes happen but waxing is not without risk in any salon!

The place was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately my gel mani was of very poor quality- nails ended up looking thick and uneven. After two days of having my gel done the top coat cracked so I have cracks all over my fingernails. Overall, the treatment did not meet my expectations and I am not satisfied :(
