Not a great experience. Salon looks great on appearance but that's just on the outside... they were running 15 minutes late for my appointment and they didn't call me or anything. I had to just sit and wait. I was offered a drink to be fair.
The message itself wasn't great. I don't think the lady really knew what she was doing. She asked me if I'd like my scalp massaged at the end and I said yes please and it never happened. She wasn't able to get ANY knots out of my back at all. I usually leave a massage feeling relaxed and supple but she didn't seem to be able to do that. I even got her to feel my back after while I rolled my shoulders back so she could feel all the knots. She said no my massage is good and wouldn't accept I was trying to give her some feedback. Other than that the room was tiny so her body kept brushing over my face when she moved round the bed. My clothes had to go on the floor as there was no chair. The massage rooms are all open top so you can hear all the conversations in the salon and the radio blaring. No relaxing massage music. Just not a great experience at all. Wouldn't recommend.
Arrived for my appointment (gel infills) and was told in a rude way that they'd never scheduled my appointment (booked 3 days in advance) because the salon's booking system weren't connected to Treatwell yet. When asked how to solve the issue I was advised to come back 2 weeks later due to unavailability. Mistakes can happen but I find it extremely unprofessional when the error is forced upon on me as a customer for internal issues and I'm told "this is not our fault". A bit of customer service would easily have solved the issue. Apart from that I can't comment on the service.
