I had a terrible first waxing experience at this salon. The technician used strip wax for my bikini area, which caused unbearable pain and left a lot of hair behind. I also developed folliculitis that lasted for two weeks. After switching to a different technician for my second session, I had a smooth, pain-free experience with no irritation. It made me realize how bad the first salon was. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place
