The technician was so attentive and shaped my nails beautifully before my gels were done. The range of colours is great and the venue is amazing!! Couldn’t have asked for better!!

First time getting lash extensions and I love them! Very friendly staff, I found it quite stingy on my eyes and struggled to sit for so long but I guess that goes with the territory! Overall a good experience and great value for money.
Eyelash Extensions
Booked in for gel removal and reapplication on fingers and toes. Have been before and had a good experience so came back because of this and good value as I wanted my nails doing for my holiday (tomorrow). The nail tech was different to the one I had the first time.
Fingers went well and they look nice. Toes are where the problem started. She was very rough and abrasive with pushing my cuticles back which hurt. Then she used the sanding-type instrument and ended up shaving away some of the skin on my big toe where the cuticle was, which then made my big toe bleed. She insisted my toe wasn’t bleeding and when she put some gel primer on it started to burn intensely, which is when I told her to stop. She didn’t seem to be taking me seriously when I was saying stop. She tried to spray some disinfectant on my toes which would have made it even worse! Luckily she stopped and eventually I was given a refund for the toenail gels (which she was initially going to charge me £5 for despite what happened!)
Really wasn’t expecting something like this to happen and it’s left me quite distressed for my holiday tomorrow. Will not be returning.
