It was wonderful. I couldn't get to the venue on time. They called and confirmed as well as waited for me. The staff are really good at their job and helpful. It was a excellent experience.

The lighting in the waxing room doesn’t seem to be good enough, and they’re usually small patches of hair left. However, the therapists are very nice and patient and always give it another go if I have found any hair. I feel bad asking too many times though
