I had 2 full body massage session with Fami. The first time I was so worried that I will get colds/flu as the staff did the massage is constantly sniffing and on and off touching her nose using back of her hand as she has?runny nose. I did not have the courage to tell her to wear mask and even blow her nose as I do not want her to be offended. Then I just decided to leave after the full body massage and not claiming the facial massage as I am very anxious that it will be a very close contact. The next following week I came back same day with the same person who did the massage the previous week, she is still sniffing but not that worst than the last week. I still composed myself and I will just tell her to wear mask if it is time for the facial massage,even though I am still anxious I still let her finish the full body massage. When it's time for facial massage I told her in a nice way to wear mask because she is sniffing and I do not want to get colds as I am going for a holiday. She went away and when she came back she said the mask was finish and no mask available plus she do not wear mask anymore. I said I am not comfortable and decided not to get the facial massage again which I already paid. When I came out in their main reception area, she talked to the other person in their own language, looks like the in charge of the salon that day. Then I said I just want her to wear a mask as she has colds and sniffing that I do not want to get it as I am going for a holiday, well that is okay that is her right if she do not want to wear the mask. Surprisingly she denied that she has colds and sniffing and the rest of the 3-4 members of their staff all came to support her and agreed with her. This Fami staff clearly do not understand the needs of their customer and the consideration. Also that staff has a very long hair that it touches sometimes my skin. Clearly the staff of Fami is not strict in implementing hygiene protocol if they have any.

Friendly staff. Would have preferred if it lasted the full 60 mins instead of 45mins as advertised as a 60 min. It was a good pedicure .
