Went for a full body massage and facial via Groupon. Took ages to for appointment, I understand they were busy. After months of waiting for appointment on the day the lady called to say they'd have to cancel to which I'd explained there was no way as I had my hubby take the day off from work as we have builders at home.
The massage was not a massage at all. I have previously had many massages, it literally felt like I was just being covered in oil with no pressure what so ever. I kept asking for more pressure to which I was told it is not a deep tissue massage and I would have to pay for more pressure as this is from a Groupon voucher. I explained I cannot handle a deep tissue massage and that I just wanted to feel something. The senior came in and explained it was a relaxing massage and that I'd have to pay more. I literally grabbed her hand and showed how lightly oil was being applied to which she responded ok work on her back a little to the therapist. I was so frustrated, complete waste of time. Facial was basic not as bad as massage. I would also like to advise that you offer therapists a mint as I could smell strong onions whilst she was doing my facial. Not acceptable.
