Booked Olsi for haircut. However, on the day another hairdresser said she'd be looking after me without explaining why the change. Felt quite confused and disappointed. Eventually Olsi did cut my hair and it's all good. Didn't know what was happening there. Hoping in the future they stick with the appointment and don't just change hairdresser without reason. Also, shampoo and wash is mediocre.
