Olsi was really great. Made me feel very welcome, and had a good conversation about what I wanted. I gave him pretty much free reign (within reason!) and he did a fantastic job. Took lots of time and care over the cut and finish, never felt rushed at all (which I find often happens when you book in the evenings). Really recommend, will be returning!

I thought the lady was very kind although I don't believe she is involved anymore as the venue don't seem to offer waxing which is a shame!
