First time having a beauty treatment here, the massage was excellent and the therapist was so friendly, unfortunately the room was very cold maybe something could be done to add to the room to add heat, a fan heater maybe or a small air con unit that provides heat and cold. I was asked if I felt cold she could add a towel, it was my top half that was cold, so do not think this would have made a difference. As I say lovey people, just the room Thank you
