Really terrible bikini waxing experience. I was expecting full leg and bikini line wax by Melis went straight to Holywood, without asking. I tried to explain once I understood what is happening but I suspect due to very poor English she just continued. She kept on stripping the same spot multiple times and it got so sore that I just had to ask to stop. Even then she still wanted to continue and finish it but I just had to ask to stop and just finish the legs. It was very painful and awkward.
Bikini Waxing
Service was good, the guy who did my hair took the time to discuss what I wanted and to make sure I was happy. I wanted something very particular so it was great to talk to manage my expectations.
Permanent Waves
The staff here treat their customers with exceptional care and consideration. Every time I go for a cut or colour I walk out feeling amazing and beautiful. I haven't met a more attentive team who really listen to their clients and go that extra mile to make sure they leave the salon feeling their best. Would 100% recommend.
