I didn’t want to write a review but when I spoke to the stylist on the phone, my concerns were dismissed. The keratin treatment was ok despite my hair still being curly and needing to wash it out and style it myself. The main issue I am having is the haircut. I asked for face framing curtain bangs and was given a badly cut baby fringe. This is deeply upsetting for me as I have curly hair that grows very slowly. Despite washing and styling and paying another hairstylist, there is no saving this:(
