this was my 1st time in the venue and they are clearly understaffed and are taking on too many people, my simple nail appointment took 2 hours and i spent most of it waiting inbetween things to be done waiting for somebody to deal with me. i have also had 3 different people doing one set of nails as people were just jumping in... not the best way of charging cenrral London prices for an ok treatment which takes 2 hours

Was a different staff member but really disappointed. Rushed my pedicure as they had a lot of walk in (I booked in advance) filed my toenails crooked, forgot to scrub/exfoliate my feet & left me with a towel wrapped around my feet for 10 mins mid way through. Polish was then rushed by someone else after I had to ask what was going on, & chipped off the next day. Previous experiences have been good but not this one. Annoyed I spent £30 on this
