Great nails. Was not told that gel polish is extra until after the service, which is frustrating. I usually get chrome and didn’t this time in order to not have to bank transfer someone £10 again, to be told at the till that it’s an extra £5 for having gel polish. The markup is insane on the polishes and chrome, etc, when you look at how much it costs. The guy this time was friendly and did a great job.

I like my nails (which is the main thing) but don’t love the ‘please pay the rest of the cost via bank transfer’ at the end. Also ended up having 3 separate people do my nails as they keep swapping the tech.

I arrived earlier than my appt but didn’t wait to be seen to and was out within 45 mins for a gel manicure with take off - I’ve been to Fantasy Nails so many times and am never disappointed!
