The person removing my shellac (not someone called Lucy?) seemed to find it hilarious that I was there to have the nail varnish removed from just two toenails on each foot (it had peeled off the others). He kept saying "you want it removed from just 2 nails?" And then laughing with his colleagues. I explained that I wanted to paint them again myself but I couldn't do that until the shellac was removed. He kept laughing and once he'd finished removing them he laughed again with colleagues?
