The salon is cute, but needs a few updates (i.e. ripped pedicure chairs that need new covers). The technicians are fast and I like the quality of my nails, but they missed a few things I think are pretty essential. My pedicurist didn't file my nails at all. I've never had my technician not ask how short and what shape. But somehow the end result was still very good. My manicure also looks great. I think for the cost, they are a really solid salon, even if some details are missed.
