20 mins late for my appointment, really poor communication; left me with nail extensions uncut for ages whilst they did other people. Nails were great but spending 2 hours 15 mins for a set of acrylics is ridiculous

Removal was done with mechanical tools that have taken away layers of my nails, not just the polish. My usually strong nails are now painfully thin in places and even the slightest pressure is uncomfortable. The nails were great but I will not attend for removal. The salon didn’t seem to have a record of my booking either.
