One hour and a half wait despite an appointment made far in advance.
Appalling service to say the least.
Cramped salon (everyone is waiting for hours),two ladies who came 40 mins later than me were somehow first served before me without explanation.
Questionable hygiene standards and a very strong smell of chemicals permeating the whole salon - which made the hour and a half wait eben more painful.
Never again.
